Re: Roof rack Traveller
I have seen the racks that start at the cab, the strongest roof section. They seem like a good idea but without lots of fabrication I feel it'll be tricky!

Re: Traveller rear seat assembly
Thanks Andy, that is super helpful.
Would you happen to have any of the lower half of the rear seat - how that attaches etc?
I'm guessing that it just screws into the main beam with its base?

Traveller rear seat assembly
Hi, I am in the reassembly stage with my traveller -at last! However as it has been so long I have forgotten quite how it should all work. I have the main wooden beam between the arches, that the rear board support pieces screws to, in place. The rear seat brackets which screw to the waist rail (Any...

Re: Poor quality parts!
I believe that rubber components need to be used, stretched (?), otherwise they brittle and crack?
This is certainly what I have been told, at least.

Re: Disturbing news
OOFT the deck chair brigade vs the Mid life crisis crew.... It all seems terribly petty nevertheless, IMO, I think there is a 'classic' car and a classic car. Your series MM is a classic. Your Scooby wrx/sti original with the original liveries would be a 'classic' (wow what a classic from the old da...

The torsion bars could be moved a couple of splines round... There's a young member called Chris Ryder who has lowered his car 'Bluey' find and ask him.

He had two chassis and engines, one of which he put together into that one, the other left spare I believe :) Terry did give me a folder full of old Morris documents and old AA and reg stuff, this was at the time he was thinking of selling me the four door, so I'll have a look through in case there'...

Re: CCL 962D
Oh my goodness!!!! I live in Garboldisham and frequently use to visit Terry. We often use to work on his cars together, I always joked that I'd help him finish the four door and take him to a national in it! When I received the news of his passing I tried to get in contact with the family, unfortuna...

Re: 1275cc Upgrade
Maniflow do a nice exhaust for the 1275 . As for the carb I'd say go for the HIF38 or HIF44, the 44 if you plan to 'tune' it up a bit. Whilst they appear on ebay they go for silly money, go to any mini show and check the auto jumble
