I've dismantled a quarterlight, removing the glass and rubber insert. When it's reassembled what holds the glass firmly in place?

Ideas? Trade it in, under the scrapage plan!!!

The oil slick running down the drive is a drawback though!!

but if your rims are seriously rusted the only hope is going to be to cut away the bad parts - and wld in new/much better pieces cut from another wheel - possibly a standard Minor rim will make a suitable donor

You could fit the beehive springs to eliminate that, probably not that though, still nice to fit them.

I have, you must have found some that have been abused!

Minors tend to leak oil, the gearbox/ prop junction and timing cover are favourites, but remember, they are not German cars!
