Re: Edd's 1969 2 door. UHU62H
I find when im stuck with the fabrication side that if start making mot type plates this normally gives me ideas on how to do the repairs properly. Normally it's cutting the plates iv just made or I remake something different. This sounds stupid but if i look at the project as a whole I think it's t...

Re: Steves Morris Traveller 1970
Hoping to get cracking on with it again next week. Been hectic with other things. Mother and father got me 5 nankang tyres for my birthday. They only cost £145 delivered. Dont really want them this early but if I get bored I can always start on the wheels. Got a DA sander for Christmas just need to ...

Re: Edd's 1098 engine rebuild.
I have used some before but once it ran out i never replaced the bottle. Some people swear by it. But I think some boost the octane or something. I cant see it making much difference to the valve seats.
Oh that should be good then. Hope you raise plenty of money.

Re: Edd's 1098 engine rebuild.
I really wouldn't worry about hardened valves seats. If yours are ok leave well alone. We've always had classic cars and never had any problems. Tho if it will put your mind at rest change them. I think some other car manufacturers might suffer more but these little engines seem to go on. Nobody I k...

Re: Tyre pressure.
Iv got an x90 these days, had a marlin before and a rusty beetle before that, but needed a car I could also run around in. Plus it's nice and reliable tho isn't quite the same.[frame] http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1449674831_25002 [/frame][frame] http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php?src=1449674893_25...

seats weight limit
Hello.
Iv just cleaned my seats for my project traveller. Was just wondering if they take much weight? Or could do with reinforcing? People seem to be 'curvier' these days.
Cheers Steve[frame][/frame]

Re: Annoying 'Flashers'
I switch to sidelights then back on to dip again. I think most new car lights are too bright on dipped let alone main. It feels like I'm driving with candles going back to the 7 inch lights but soon get used to it.
