My 1000 saloon was bought new by my Uncle . In the original documents is a catalogue of ‘ approved ‘ accessories . The approved mirror is Desmo .

Funnily enough I don’t have a smart phone !

My car was purchased new by my Uncle in 1970 . Nothing has been ‘ upgraded ‘ although any necessary servicing and replacement of parts has been done to try and keep it ‘ original ‘. My first car was a 1935 Austin Ruby with cable brakes . Now that was fun . Foot hard down and the cables stretched !!!...

A shame you feel you have to cancel your membership . Posts often bring about humour and camaraderie which I think ( dare I say ) you have misinterpreted . There is a wealth of expertise and advice on the forum which any owner of a Minor should welcome .

I just searched Google and loads of ‘ blanking grommets ‘ came up , some on Fleabay. One of the strange things about Google is that it brings up different results on different computers .

Chin up , like a lot of us during lockdown we can end up ‘ fighting on too many fronts ‘ and just seeing problems .A holiday is great advice now lockdown has eased .
When you return , refreshed , the problems will have become achievable projects .
