I felt sorry for the family in the widened yellow convertable though, as they were shocked by the amount of negative, angry, comments they received. It takes all sorts to make the world turn. Brian I think I'm right in saying it won best modified so he had the last laugh. Although sadly he had alre...

Scrappage scheme sir? That will be £2500.00 extra.

Just in case anybody is thinking of taking a nearly dead Minor in. :( Called into two Renault dealers on Wednesday with my 11year old Primera. The car I was looking at had a screen price of £10995.00. At the first dealer I stood in the show room for 10 mins. before a member of staff asked if I was w...

Job done, only problem was when one of the black internal wire ring terminals fell off.

Kennatt, counting the number of turns to free the central screw worked a treat.

Pump is working fine at the moment, hope it stays that way and I don't have to buy a new one.

Fuel Pump Points.

My fuel pump stopped on the run home yesterday, started again with a good tap. I have cleaned the points but was thinking of the best way forward as from what I have read once this problem starts it tends to reoccur. 1)Should I change the points, never done this before so could make a pigs ear of it...

Hi all,

I'm thinking about fitting a electronic ignition, questions are.

1) Is it worth doing?

2) Which one should I buy?

Thanks

No :( they would only pay for damage to the suspension and some paint damage caused by the mounting of a camera. It took him weeks to clean the car afterwards and he said "never again".
