Re: No reverse gear

I believe the Master cylinder is located under the floor, in the drivers side footwell. Just to this side of the gearbox, you will see the filler plug. Hope the work goes well generally.

And they do go nicely sideways, but more often in the ice or heavy rain, rather than just in random carparks. I also get quite a few jokes about it just falling apart, however as o...

Fuel Filter

I seem to be having problems with 'dirt' in the carburetor and was wondering whether or not minors had a fuel filter fitted as standard, and if so where about it is located? If not has anyone fitted one? and where?
Thanks.

Re: Moggie insurance - 19 Years old?!

If the quote of £950 ish was fully comp then that doesnt seem THAT bad, although as previously said if you go to FJ through the club its quite cheap, only £24 to join, including the magazine which is rather good. I'm paying £530 3rd party (still 17) which is a lot cheaper than i was quoted on a cors...

Just thought i'd say hi...

Hi All, I've been reading up on here for a while now, but thought i'd better introduce myself. My name is Alex and and am the proud owner of Anne, a '64 trafalgar blue 2 door saloon. She's my first car since i'm 17 and only passed my test a few months ago. In the past year or so i've owned her i've ...
