The prototype 1000 convertible from 1956 had an AJO reg, it now belongs to a club member. What is your chassis number? It is likely to be a very early 1000.

has anyone pointed out that the plugs you have are the protruded centre type which are not right for the MM.You need Champion L10 or L86 or NGK B6HS

I have seen genuine 1959 Champion Mini Plug caps sell for over £200 a set. Bit like the Mini glass screen washer bottles that fetch over £400 they were only fitted for a very short time.

Was the MMM plate the original UK registration. If so probably supplied by Stewart and Arden in London.

Anyone bringing a 1953 Traveller ?

Does anyone know who bought the 1951 Tourer in rough condition that sold on ebay last Friday from Leicestershire? Seller told me that chassis number was SMM19xxxx which could not be right for an early 51.

speedo tpm number should be 1600 for an MM.The 1000 TPM speedo is from a Series 11
