I love the optimism here, and especially how he helpfully points out that the sump is rusty. Is there any possibility that any part of this isn’t rusty? Are there any serviceable parts at all?

I think it's been lifted out of that water that I think is in the background of the 3rd image.....

The only way this will travel is off to the far east in a shipment of scrap metal.
