Is anyone doing a convertible conversion?

Post by cadetchris »

Is anyone doing a convertible conversion this winter?

I ask as i want to see how people have either or will be finishing the roof above the windscreen and how the area where the roof connects to the body above the boot has been finished.

I am turning my minor into a roadster with no roof at all and before I make merry with the angle grinder, I want to see how these areas have been finished and I can then judge if they are within my capacity and ability before I go too far down the road.

Alternatively, seeing how the same areas were finished off on factory convertibles would also be of great benefit.
