A) above the valance;

C) This style with yellow lamps.;

Please let me know if you know of any better alternatives. I know its probably illegal but I'm going to switch them on both together without flashing for reversing lights.

Roger, These lights are too Harley Davidson to be used on a Minor. There are better alternatives - check out http://www.mandp.co.uk/ .

I know what you mean, Pete, you can get ones like this but I think they looka bit small. I like the squat shape of the ones in A) above and I don't think I like them under the valance. How about B) above the valance?
