I'm not sure, what do you think? I could just stretch to it.

Now no longer advertised, so either someones snapped it up  or they've removed it for some reason (too silly?).
SWMBO suggested that it was more a means of advertising the restorers services than really trying to sell a car, and the hefty price was a means of saying HEY LOOK AT THIS!
In which case I guess it worked.... :-? :)
cheers
Iain

That woman has a brain. 8)

Why on earth no photos of the engine bay and underneath? Anyone can make a car's bodywork look shiny! My van, "restored" only a couple of years before by a certain very well-known "Minor Specialist", and which had large patches of paint falling off due to the appalling prep and incipient rust, looked a million dollars in photos...

Note - these are 'Library Pictures' - not of the actual car for sale! This sellers prices are always sky high - and not everyone is entirely happy with the value for money when they have the car for a few months! Caveat Emptor.

I had never noticed before that they used library pictures.

I can think of no good reason why you would use library pictures on an add, if you and your item are genuine!
