Newbie saying hello

Post by timmo »

Hello all...after 10+ of driving and restoring Beetles, camper etc, ive had enough of them and the VW scene. Grew up with with Minors, minis etc, and now picking up a '61 traveller next week to restore. So bare with me as im bound to have a "few" questions to ask
Cheers Tim

Welcome Tim!

just a quick reccomendation to join mog.myfreeforum.org too, Theres lots of bods on both but some over there don't visit here anymore!

Compared to beetles, you will find the minor a joy to work on (I should know, the ex had a 61 bug and not a shred of mechanical knowledge)

halleluyah! A poor sole has been saved from the darkside (vdub scene) and has seen the light.

Seriously, welcome. And as said there is a lot of knowledge and help on here.

I am into all sorts of old cars and forums and this is deffo one of the better forums. On some forums you can wait a while for an answer on here they are so quick.

As also said piccies are so welcome.
