SICK BAG PROVIDED

Post by welshrat »

I have seen some sad minors in my day but this has to be on the top of the list (unless you know different). Not sure but it looks like a club member sticker on the front windscreen. Follow this link for more details http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MORRIS-MINOR-1000 ... 1832_13188[/img][/frame]

Why do people wait for so long before offering these poor cars to someone else? 20 years ago it would have been so much easier to repair, the front end and interior would have been perfectly ok. :(

It's not bad, there are much more rotten Minors being restored.
The seller is putting zero effort in. cleaned up it wouldn't look half bad.
Already has 2 bids, bird poo just washes off, it isn't terminal!

Some say being s**t on by a bird is lucky (lucky that cows don't roost me thinks) so could well be a good buy if you believe in that stuff. So what would its name be, I vote for Guano.

It damages the paint work though so it's likely to need a good T-Cut !

There would have been a time (a couple of centuries ago) when that little deposit would have been worth it's weight in gold. Literally!
Guano was a very valuable commodity that founded the wealth of Peru and fueled the agricultural revolution.

My gut reaction is that it actually doesn't look too bad, bird much aside. It certainly looks like it should be restorable BUT there are no underside shots
