Morris Minor as Wedding Car?

Post by SGTBILKO »

In the run up to the wedding there was no time to fix the recalcitrant starter motor so guess what Muggins was doing on the big day![frame]Image[/frame]

Good job Minors have crank handles (la manivelle in french) - I trust you, the car and of course the bride, got to the church on time.

I don't think any of the French cars I've had over the last 35 years ever had a crank handle, and boy I could have done with one now and again !!!!

A good way to get a broken thumb if it kicks back. Thumb over the top of the handle.

My car starts fine on the starter motor but when I drove it to my brother's wedding I started it on the handle anyway just to show off  :D
