There was an in-car record deck, I remember seeing it at a classic car show a loooong time ago.
I believe you were only meant to use it while stationary though
As it is, modifiying a record deck to be driven off a 12 volt motor with a voltage stabilier shouldn't be *too* hard, then you just need a 12V powered phono-amplifier stage prior to connecting it to your in car amplifier. Shouldn't be too hard....although it would be somewhat on the pointless side imho.
Despite this, it's quite tempting and may have to go on the list of things to (eventually) do.

My Pink Triangle turntable operates on 16V, 500mA DC already, should only need a very small resistor to drop it to 12/13V.
