We'll be there, need a new tent but I can't think about camping in this weather.

Re: National Rally 2013 - who is going?
Has any one got booking confirmation back ?
I sent my cheque a while ago but not heard back yet.
Does anyone have rules for camp site, do they allow BBQ's ?
Is booking per space as just looked at our tent and sharing with son may be more than I can stand.
Were travelling from Burnley area early on saturday morning anyone else going our way...

No, I am waiting, too. Also, the cheque has not been handed into the bank.Nutts wrote:Has any one got booking confirmation back ?

I will be at Download Festival, at Donington so not attending.
Whilst I may love classic cars, the fact so many good bands are at Donington tips the balance

Received my rally docs today - no open fires are permitted but raised barbecues on purpose built frames are allowed.Nutts wrote:Does anyone have rules for camp site, do they allow BBQ's ?

Booking is per tent or caravan etc, as per the booking form.

I'm going, along with Mrs Busmanjohn and 20-year-old BusmanJunior. Flat caps at the ready, we'll be attending our first rally having only joined the wonderful world of Minors last October when we bought Kacey.
Screen name stickers is a good idea, Kacey will be wearing one.
If you're wondering about the bus connection, I drive vintage buses as a part time job. No, I won't be bringing one to Cornbury Park. As far as I know, Morris/BMC didn't make a bus.
John.

There you are wrong! There were several options over many years for a 12-seater minibus on one of the commercial chassis. I have never seen one about, though.busmanjohn wrote: As far as I know, Morris/BMC didn't make a bus.

For those who want to identify themselves to other members, self cling vinyl Messageboard stickers will be available from the website stand at Cornbury Park - 50p each

Re: National Rally 2013 - who is going?
Just wondering, is the campsite next to the event fields?
Im staying in a hotel rather than camping, but am taking my dog, which i believe are allowed on the campsite itself? Im with my parents, so we are going to alternate the dog sitting.

When you say The Clan will be down do you mean a clan as a rally car or a group of people?!badobsession wrote: the clan will be down again this year, think over 10 of us this time so get your translation books out
