Hello hello hello

Post by 1098 »

Police dog van ? Vent and areil,on roof.Note the semaphores. They are fixed to the B post, with no bracket to push them out a little further,so traffic behind could see them a little better. I wonder If that Jag is still about. I don't hold to much hope for the Dog van,it's probably a little bit Ruff now. Nice shot.[frame]Image[/frame]

Austin Loadstar and 2 Land-Rovers were used for the GTR, so chances are
it IS!
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

I wonder If that Jag is still about.
Hi,
No sign of 276 TBH on the DVLA site either, though that's not to say it hasn't ended up in a lock up somewhere.............. waiting............
Best wishes,
Mike.

Thank you Jagnut. I remember Jag police cars on the M6, as you approached Birmingham.[frame]Image[/frame] I also remember owning an ex Police Capri. It could shift.

I had a 1986 ford Capri 1.6 Laser in the early 1990's, D712 JBU (last taxed in 2003 :( - last seen in the Newbury, Berkshire area, if anyone knows anything...), I fitted a Weber carb on it in place of the ford 'thing', that improved things a bit. However not as fast as your ex-Police one I have no doubt! :P
