Re: Abusive PM
I wasnt being abusive.I was having a normal working mans type conversation with another member.I now take on board the "profanity filter" explanation.
Re: Abusive PM
I wasn't suggesting that you were being abusive - that comment was in relation to BMC's PM.

Re: Abusive PM
I did PM Roy yesterday, and my message did contain the words "Riley" and "brakes". I do hope that wasn't considered abusive (it did include the word Wolseley as well........ )

I'm sure if you felt the need Mr BMC you would be able to slip a few choice words past our sassenach profanity filters

Terrible should be banned Roy a great help to myself and countless others with vast knowledge look after this man you would be sorry to lose such talent and knowledge which he passes on a great bloke saved me a lot of money I'm a novice but having this guy to turn to he has got me out of trouble countless times
Re: Abusive PM
I certainly wouldn't try to slip anything past the profanity filters! I don't let any of the forums become 'personal' - what would be the point?!

Re: Abusive PM
Sorry to hear about this, I've always found you very helpful.
Guess it's a good job you've got a thick skin.
Though, as others have said here, this is not the sort of thing you expect from this site, so you really ought to let the MODs know who they are, so they can have words with them.
Best wishes,
Mike.

I think the perpatrator should be banned. There is no need for this behavior and it shouldn't be tolerated.

Re: Abusive PM
don't think theres a need to name him Roy,just pm the mod with his name and they should remove him from the forum ,there's no need for it,yes, sometimes we all have alternative views on many things, but no need to be offensive.
