Sounds like an interesting way to build a computer!mal wrote:My pc has a fully galvanised chassis with fibreglass body, I wasn't too keen at first but it's not liable to rot and leaves me more time for my classics, mind as you say it was expensive !!!!!

Yes Dan, it had to be strong to hold the intel pentium 4 3.0 gig presscott ( new p4 chip ) 200gig HDD, not forgetting the 1 gig memory..........

The four-door is a much nicer animal, and anyone that tells you otherwise is just plain wrong. I am biased, mind... ;) The chrome on the door-tops, the chunkier door handles, those extra windows for summer... what more could you ask for?
On the lighting subject; the sealed beams that I took off Phyllis were 45/50w, and appeared to have been on there for years. Replaced with 55/60w halogens, I could suddenly see much clearer on wintery winding country lanes.

Happy Minoring!

No problems so far with the cooling........hopefully !!!!!
I still plod on with my 850 which is what I'm on now, won't put my new one on line till this one packs in, 3yrs old now...
Only bought it to do all my photo's and the dvd camcorder copying....... I do shows every weekend Sat & Sun, during the season, and take an average of 120 photo's a show...... thats why I need so much storage even though I back them up to disc it's easier to have them on the computer to save time printing some.
Good machine though and ultra fast.............
