Are the old but original knackered leather front seats out of my 1961 2 door actually worth anything to anyone?
Frames are ok, but the beige covers are pretty tatty, and bits of foam are falling onto the carpet from within.

They probably aren't of great value but if you've replaced them with modern seats I would advise keeping them as a future owner may prefer the original specification. I have mine in the loft 'Just in case'. New foam and covers are available.
If you can't store them you could try listing in the free section on here. Pity to bin them.

Replacing with seats from another and original 1961 model.
I'll stick them in the free section once I've done the swap over next week, give it a week or two, and then if no one wants them, bin them sadly.

I've got a garage and two lofts full of 'just in case' stuff. Give them a chance for free - then bin them if they don't get taken.
