Steering column shroud dimensions?

Hi All,
I was just wondering if anyone has a steering column shroud handy and could take some measurements for me?
1. The smaller diameter hole at the top
2. The width and height of the oval like opening at the bottom
3. The overall height of the shroud
4. The height of the T opening for the indicator stalk
5. The width of the T opening for the indicator stalk
Sorry mine is in storage at the moment
