Buy "genuine" ones not pattern. Try ESM or Morris Minor Centre Birmingham.

I second that. I have heard most of the cheap ones give up after a short time and you can't get seals for them, get genuine Lockheed ones. Same goes for the master cylinder if your thinking of changing that too.

go to any main morris spares company and buy the best, the cheap ones will give up and need changing again within a short time and will leak onto your brake shoes wrecking them as well

The pattern rear ones are fine in my experience, but you need to get genuine front ones as the pattern fronts are rubbish.

Which ever ones you buy, assembling them with red rubber grease will make them last longer.

Moss Europe also stock "original" brake cylinders - the others they call "aftermarket". Their catalogue prices include VAT and the web site prices are the same as the printed catalogue.

I had to buy, in an emergency, a pair of wheel cylinders (I only needed one as the one I was fitting got cross-threaded) from what used to be called Camberley Auto Factors (now Andrew Page). The box was labelled Delphi and carried the "Lockheed" registered name, but they were not of the separate piston type of the originals. The box is also labelled "Rover Group" and "made in EEC" - beware.
