Our Traveller is insured through a broker in Exmouth called Graham Sykes (01395 255100) and underwritten by KGM Motor Classic Car.

Our premium went down this year to £77.68.

I have used Adrian Flux but have also used Carol Nash amongst others, best bet is to shop around but don't just pick the cheapest, make sure your car is well covered in case of any claims.

I just remembered when insuring my minor ,when the lady asked how many doors it had, when I said two her computer then said it was a coupe.
No its a two door saloon, she wouldn't or couldn't understand the two door saloon concept.
Things like that car void an insurance policy be careful.

Coupe is a term used in America for 2 door cars I think,

I have been happy with RH insurance, my only beef is that they insist on including
things I dont need like breakdown cover ( I already have 'arrival' with RAC )
which covers everything I need , and foreign travel ( I dont have a passport !)
I would prefer a more basic cover for my Minor.

I've just cancelled one of the two moderns we have on an Admiral multicar policy, as we've sold it and won't be replacing it. The cover had two months left to run, so we expected forty quid or so back. Not so - they've charged me an admin fee and a "loss of discount" fee which means I don't get a penny back. And they think I'll be renewing the remaining car with them next time?
