Hi all,

I have just acquired a ‘56 SII two door and thought I would post a quick message to say hello. I’ve spent the last couple of days reading through the forum and have picked up a fair amount of needed info from the vast range of posts here.

I’m new to Minors but have had a fair few classics, I felt it would be polite to introduce myself now rather than bombard you all with questions straight away!

I did also want to say that, being a member of a few other forums, the level of info available here on top of the distinct lack of sniping and arguments taking place has made the gathering of knowledge a refreshingly enjoyable experience.

Hi,

Welcome to the club!, I'm in the process of purchasing my first Minor, I've always been interested in classic muscle cars, but now I'm taking an interest in the Minor, Hope your having fun with your Moggy, I know how it feels to be a new member of the MMOC, I'm new myself, there's quite a lot of questions to ask, looking forward to getting to know you in the future.

Regards,

Joe :D
The Moggy Minor will stand with dignity for all time :D, I'm in Northampton, UK.

Do you by any chance live in Hastings, Hastings? If so, you might see my blue Traveller around.

No, I'm in Cheshire. I'm just the simple sidekick to my cars!

Now that I like ( a bit similar to my own place in the pecking order) - I assume that, if you had a 2CV instead, you'd be 'Cato'. :D

There was a new question about Doris in this thread, but as it was asking for advice I've split it off to the mechanical section (although it could end up being electrical, but at least it's in Technical).
