Grasping at straws I realise, but somehow during the restoration of my 1952 Series MM with the split wind screen I have lost one of the connector / bridging small chrome pieces that connect the chrome surrounds on the outside of the wind screen seal, do you happen to have one or know of someone who might be parting out a split screen model, I am certainly willing to buy more than just the one piece if that's what it takes. Would probably help if you know which one you're missing? I know they are not easy to obtain. A very tatty pair just sold on ebay for over £60!

I suggest that you try New Zealand.
