Im pretty sure an aluminium plate and two rivets would post in an envelope with a second class stamp. 61p.
The seller probably knows this as well. :D

UK 'Signed For' 2nd class at £1.81, or fully tracked, Special Delivery before 1pm the next day at £6.60. :roll:
