Morris Minor in a box

Has anyone bought 'Morris Minor in a box' - 1500 pieces (nuts and bolts) specifically for a restoration. I paid £240 a week ago, had an invoice but have not received the box. They don't answer the phone. They haven't responded to the 'chat line' or my email. Despite searching the internet I cannot find an address for them (its not on their website). Looking bleak!

Thank you PoolGuy. Have you had any dealings with them?

Nope, just sitting waiting for a friend and was bored enough to do a bit of Googling investigating. Their website says that they've having phone problems. :D

Thanks again. I thought I'd looked everywhere. It wasn't on their website was it?

No, any supplier who does not show a postal address is to be viewed with suspicion in my opinion.
I have emailed them for said address.

They have replied to me from a general enquiry to inform me they are "purely internet based now".
So if nothing else they should reply to your emails.

Thanks for doing that. Interesting that you had a response before me - I had previously messaged them to say that I would be feeding back my experience on the MMOC forum. I received a message from them this afternoon saying they would look into the non-delivery. I've messaged them asking them to phone me, but nothing as yet. I'll update as and when I hear from them.

Update:
After 16 days waiting for the delivery I phoned Lloyds Bank debit card fraud line. I'm happy to say they immediately refunded me the money in full and said it would stay there unless contested by the other party. I immediately contacted them on their online chat line to say I wanted to cancel the order. They acknowledged receipt of this, so I am very relieved. Their website actually had a countdown showing when their sale would end in days and hours. A few days before the end of the sale I bought the product. A few days after the sale ended the product was the same price but now it was postage free (I paid £24 postage). That immediately sent alarm bells ringing. So when the product didn't arrive I wasn't entirely surprised. Anyway bottom line is - be very careful if you intend purchasing anything from imperialnuts&bolts.com.

To be safe, it’s best not to use a debit card online.
