Yet the same seller is selling a 10CC 1098 engine with a big valve head and balanced for less than the standard engine.
I cant really see them selling at those prices.

I recently had a quote from a well respected engine reconditioner for a similar spec engine at a very similar price, so it seems to be fairly common. I thought that if a firm had excess stock then it was usual to reduce prices in order to shift the product :-?

Given the amount of time and effort to build an engine I suppose its only right they make a profit from the work.
