It's good to see you guys from behind the scenes joining in.

From my experience with other forums, people can accept down time and server issues provided they're kept up to date.

I obviously don't expect anyone to be apologising or letting us know you had beans for lunch, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who didn't know a new system was being worked on to fix any issues with the current site.

Let us not forget that the "current" site was a replacement for the previous site (the one we had when I joined) and when we were migrated from that to this, all the images were lost from the historical posts on how to repair/fix items, sometimes making the remaining text a bit useless.
A number of my write-ups suffered that fate.
