I dont have access to a wiring diagram right now, does anyone know if the horn is on the permanent, or switched live circuit?
(I know the horn itself if switched earth)

I don't understand why - since it's illegal to sound the horn when the vehicle is not moving!

Illegal to sound the horn when not moving? Why on Earth would THAT statute need to be on the books? I've never heard of such a thing. And to think I was going to study abroad in England...well, no horns when not moving, that just does it in, doesn't it!
