Fitting different gauges to a minor
hi all, does anyone know what make of speedo/rev counter/temp/fuel etc gauges fit the 1098 mechanics? cheers

Don't know exactly but anything engine and drivetrain is shared so things like gauges are easily adapted.

You could try 'TIM' gauges on ebay. Pretty much everything there. Not as pretty as old smith gauges but they are good. Mechanical (capillary) temp gauge and mechanical oil pressure (with tube) are suitable. 2.5inch diameter. Electric Rev counter too.

The TIM gauges look awful - and completely out of place in a Minor - stick with Smiths or Lucas 'period' gauges.......
