The cordless drill to open and close the windows looks good, and i have used a cordless to start a petrol lown mower in the past by making a hole in the cover by the pull cord and using a old socket and extension bar.

What happens when the engine fires up?
Not too bad if you use a small in-line hand ratchet set the right way.

the nut is 17mm and the socket is bigger so its a bad fit, when the motor fires up i just pull the socket away fasy, not really ideal but it does work.
