Lidl bench pillar drill

What ho, chums!
Thought you might like to know that Lidl (at least in Andover, Hants) will have from Thursday the 2nd of February the Parkside bench pillar drills in again for £59.99. I've had one now for some 7/8 years and been happy with it, taking it to be a bit cheap and cheerful, but its been reliable and suitable for most of my Morris Minor jobs. You get what you pay for, of course, but if you haven't got one and can't afford a lot, go and see one. They've 9 speeds, a 500 watt motor and a 13 mm chuck, and come with a 3 years guarantee (something I've never needed to invoke with any of the tools I've bought from either Lidl or Aldi.)
