British Rail Van FTD 219F

Does anyone know of this van? I have someone trying to trace the owner.
I know its on the DVLA register and its taxed so still on the road. I'm just looking for the owner (or previous owners)

Hi Jon

Not sure BR had a fleet of Minor vans, I have only ever traced 1 Austin Minor van a yellow one to BR that was used around Derby Works BREL & Etches Park......................what do you know about FTD 219F
