I can recommend ESM I have not had problems with quality and delivery has always been super quick.
Re: Best place to get parts for minor??
I would think most of the suppliers are on the ball and most parts will come from the same manufacturer - I will also be watching this thread as I am about to have a winter working on my car and have been out of the game for yrs so lost touch with the suppliers although looking on the internet most still seem to be around.

I have used ESM and Moss Europe and both are excellent.
Also Ebay is quite useful for general spares and accessories.

And my vote would be for Bull Motif - but MOSS have several depots, and you should look for anyone near you, to save on postal costs !

Rat mog be careful as most of these remade rubbers don't fit .I don't think it matters where you buy them from as all the stealers get them off the same place so maybe better second hand ebay or on here

Re: Best place to get parts for minor??
I've bought stuff from all of these suppliers. Some suppliers have stuff others don't.
I spent along time comparing prices on all the parts I knew I needed.
Most of my stuff came from Charles Wares in the midlands but some stuff they don't have they get in from other places so you may need to wait.
Bull motif are good but if you are looking on their website they don't have photos for all their items, which for a complete newbie can put you off. If you order online over £60 there is no postage charge which some other suppliers also do.
There are all sorts of suppliers of classic car parts on e-bay, who have shops or of course private sellers selling 2nd hand parts.
If your working to a budget and lets face it who isn't, it really is worth doing your own comparing. I've even 'haggled' a price with a supplier when I put a big order in once. It pays to shop around and get the best prices, getting a balance of cost against quality. My thoughts on this subject.
