Former owner of NTO 945 F

I need your help in finding the former owner of the 2-door saloon in trafalgar blue, registered as NTO 945 F. Does anybody know him/her (lived in the area of Nottingham).

It should be listed on the V5C form.

Won't be listed on German title papers - don't think so anyway, not sure(?)
Records of vehicles exported ARE kept, so try DVLA.

Thanks for your replies. BMC is right that the name and the address is on the V5. So I tried to find out the telephone number of the former owner via Internet - unluckily there is no entry in the UK-telephone book under this address. So I rang the MMOC to find out, if the owner is registered - also no success. So I thought it may be a good idea to ask in this Forum if anybody knows the owner of the car - and hopefully how I can contact him.

Write to them at that address !! Or put the details on here to see if anyone knows ? Perhaps just the name and post code initially ?

The sirname of the former owner is "Moore" and the postcode in the V5 is NG9 6FZ
