If you happen to know the latest V5C number (11 digits from the vehicle log book), you can find out the MOT Test Station(s) it's been at recently...

Ummm.... Wouldn't the 'latest' V5C number have changed the moment he sold it and DVLA issued the new owner's one....

KVA 699E is also shown as being insured on the Motor Insurance Database.
It's out there somewhere, maybe a request for information on a few of the classic car forums may prove fruitful.
