USHM3 engine for rebuild

I picked up a late MM engine today that has been stored for several years. There is no sump.
For sale for reconditioning for £100 complete with cylinder head and water jacket , or if these are not required then £50.

Had a closer look at the engine today and the pistons fitted are plus 60. There is no sump,oil pump or oil filter housing.I have given the head a light clean and that looks ok.
