So it's evident that the site is yet again not allowing any images to be uploaded, no matter what the size, even down to just a few kb in size.
It's been like it for the past 24 hours or so.
This just a month after it last happened (so far as I'm aware) and coming on top of the major failure of a week or so ago.
The site was offline for a couple of days and yet there has been no statement or explanation.
I'm sure the Admin & Moderators are well aware and as frustrated as the rest of us, but it would be nice to know why it seems to happen periodically.
Is it yet another indicator that this Message Board is on life support and the prognosis is terminal?

The image above was posted from my own personal account, which doesn't have any privileges over a 'standard' user and has uploaded okay. Do you want to PM me Geo and step me through what happens for you?

In the past couple of days, I've seen posts where people have mentioned the inability to post photos, including :

and

On both of those, I opened a Reply and tried to post a photo, just to see if I could, using Drag & Drop, and the longer winded Add Files process too.
In both cases it wouldn't work and gave an error message, which is what I posted on the 2nd of the links above.

Having started this new topic, I did one final try at posting an image to it and again got the error warning.
But now it's all working again.... Random Photo... It's even just over 4Mb...
Ruddy thing has got a mind of it's own....

Yes , I & others have been unable to post for a couple of days, seems to be OK now, would like to get to the bottom of the problem though.

Image uploading is knackered again....


Tried this morning and getting this error box message:

I was just trying to post an image to this page to see if it was still duff after noticing Shropshiremoggie had a problem last night.

It does seem to be a reoccurring problem, one which I wouldn't even know where to start attempting to rectify.

Site been playing up since sometime yesterday, re image upload.
Just getting the Yellow Warning Triangle and when you click on it the message is:

Error

The image file you tried to attach is invalid.

I just got that for this post, when trying to upload an image that I already put on the site earlier last week.

Still not working.
I also tried uploading a recently posted photo with no luck.

When this site I playing up, which it does on occasions, and there is a need to communicate/ keep in touch, we could use the Minor commercial site (Lcv register] during the downtime.

Where has Les' profile Image gone.... It should wither be there on not, it shouldn't be on some posts and not others....

Pressing "View the latest page" on the front page takes you to the first post not the latest

The New Posts is telling me that Des911 has posted here, but nothing is showing, but if I go to Des911s Profile and search his posts, I can see he has posted here.
How the sweet fanny whatever can one part of the site know he's posted here, but for it not to show. Presumably this post is about to do the same......
