Was just going through old posts to see if I'd finally managed to get my image sig working and came across this old thread. Just to conclude it, I managed to get a cheap 300 diesel estate just run in at 200,000 miles and runs like new:)

Other than that, they're reliable old buses. Less boring than a monvectra clone.
Of course a Porsche is much better than a Merc or just about any other car (except a Morris Minor, to which its equal) ;-)

Good on you Dunketh for getting a decent old Merc. Just keep changing the oil at the service intervals and it'll be fine!

I have had several mercedes myself.And i just love them.I'm actually gonna buy me a self a new one tomorrow.I just love Mercedes and love Minor even more...
