Brooklands

Post by SteveClem »

Spent a day at Brooklands last week. I recommend it to anyone interested in classic cars or aviation. Wish it was closer to home!

I have been there a couple of times and once I drove up the test hill in my MG.

I went to the first Brooklands reunion/open day in 1967 and even managed to walk most of the way round the course which was littered with aircraft fuselages and other aircraft detritus.
Been there a couple of times since but to me has got very commercial but still worth a visit.
