Isofiix child seats

Post by SteveClem »

I'm sure lots of you use them in your modern cars. Well our kids have insisted (sensibly,I suppose) that we put them in the Jeep so that we can take the grandchildren out safely.
Trouble is, the wretched things weigh a ton, make horrible marks on the leather and whilst being easy enough to fit are compete bar stools to remove. Just taken me an hour and two broken fingernails.
Surely someone could develop a more user friendly, safe, system?

My Ford came supplied new with one pair of these ISOfix guides. Makes fitting a lot easier and saves from damage. Did't use them for a few years until grandkids started to arrive.
