This is not a request for theological or religious discussion, and there are no euphemisms, it’s a straightforward simple question with no ulterior motive:
Do you prefer your Christmas Tree (if you have one) WITH or WITHOUT tinsel?
Thanks in advance for all responses.

Re: Christmas Tinsel
I totally agree with both geoberni and Les. I like it when the other half is happy.

Re: Christmas Tinsel
They say that you always know Christmas is approaching because you can find Easter eggs in the shops!
Re tinsel...it’s a bit naff but nostalgic. We do it a bit, but great to see the back of it on 2nd of Jan! You can now get non plastic, save the planet versions. But costs more of course.

Re: Christmas Tinsel
Talking of Christmas, if anyone is lucky enough to have a band called St Agnes Fountain playing nearby don’t miss them!
They only do a short annual Christmas tour.

Re: Christmas Tinsel
Not a very large response, but a clear preference for tinsel. Now to reveal why I wanted ot know: The Club Shop will be selling a new range of christmas tree decorations. Different designs and sizes in white, silver, gold, wood, and paint-your-own-colour. Full details in Nov/Dec Minor Matters, but the photos will be on a plain background (which is what our Merchandise Manager wanted as she says that tinsel is naff and old-fashioned) . Whilst I have to agree that the plain background will show the details well, here's a small sample WITH a little bit of tinsel...
