Started doing a bit on the moggie again at the weekend, here is a picture of it in the process of being turned around in the garage. Really liking the look of these wheels on it! Thats my dad stood next to the car, it was his actual 1st car in the 70s and in the background can be seen his latest in a long line of cars since, im sure the moggie will outlive the cmax in time like it has most of the other cars purchased since it was sold in 1981. I bought it back in 2000 so it really should be done by now...[frame]Image[/frame]

What's very odd about this is how similar your situation is to mine. My dad bought a moggie saloon that I then bought back and well the work i've done looks similar to yours ! I think we're situational doppelgangers :L

my moggie as found in 2000! had it more years than my grandad and dad put together now! really should get it done!

Getting onto the car again after a long break due to cancer, which has been beat! Repaired a passenger side front door to replace the origional damaged/rusty item.[frame]Image[/frame]

Removed the kick plates on the near side and I'm quite pleased with what I have found! Looks in pretty good shape.

That's excellent news with the sills. My kick plates were welded on and cover sill fitted underneath. Still that's history now.
