hi the front inner wing looked very sound, but on closer inspection i found a couple of rivets, filler wiremesh, now it looks like this[frame]Image[/frame]

i am spraying galvanised weld through primer on the backs of panels & into open box sections, hope it will do some good till i can get it waxoiled after painting

Wow. How's the outermost edge staying in alignment? I would think there wouldn't be much strength left in that sill.

hi we have now got the minor on all 4 wheels again, the xmember is going in tomorrow, the floor has been braced across the A & B pillars, when that has been finished i am thinking off turning this minor into a autograss racer, because i dont think i could sell it the way it sits, and my son wants a 1000cc motor to race

have had a think & cant bring myself to destroy this car after all the work that has gone in to it, i have posted it for sale on this site, and have decided to get a nova or a corsa to autograss thanks michael

xmember now fitted, the sprayer has had a look & wants it on tue, so as i have not had a call to buy it i am going to finish the restro, bought new rear springs & u bolts of the bay £20, and iam going to fit a second hand wing tomorrow & send it to be resprayed on tue, then an mot & put it back up for sale, thanks for looking michael
