This looks great, love the colour. I'm in the process of fitting a 1600 xflow at the moment so can help out with advice although I'm still learning the best way of doing it. Also just fitted a mk1 escort axle so can assist with pics etc.

Well the cab is kinda on the chassis.... 78% of the holes line up!! :-?. I do have a slight problem=1383057683_16266[/img][/frame] the passinger side of the cab fool does not meet up with the chassis[frame]Image[/frame][frame]Image[/frame]anyone got any ideas how to fix it :( . Also these god dam springs that go inside the door handles[frame]Image[/frame]i've tryed alsorts :-? the end of my fingers are black and blue :evil: . i just can't get the spring to sit in the groove..
Has anyone got a Van/pickup fuel tank??

If you are going to the trouble of fitting a crossflow I would sugest you use a siera type 9 5 speed gearbox, it bolts straight on and will transfom the vehicle.

Hmm.. more problems the profile of the back cab does not fit the profile of the cab! :evil: :-?
any ideas?

I suspect the cab height has been altered when welding the rear panel, maybe more one side than the other, which would give a twisted effect. The cab back panel is unlikely to be wrong. Measure the distance from the bottom cab hole to the rear panel and compare it to the other side. Also compare it to the cab back.
