This afternoon I plunged into the chassis leg to start the long arduous task of swapping my mast cylinder out.

After a few hours toil and too much swearing I had the old master cylinder out, I have to say I was amazed I managed it.

Tomorrow I'll try get the mess in the chassis leg cleaned up a bit before swapping out the plunger and refitting the master cylinder.

I'll try get some pictures together....

Another long break in posts however not for lack of Minor work.

Current status: Interior nearly complete, awaiting new tyres on my new powder coated wheels then MOT time.


I have had lots of fun playing with my engine, after ringing it etc, fearing that I'd ruined it completely! The fault was eventually traced the electronic distributor unit not being compatible with the supplied dizzy cap

Things are moving along very nicely now, the end really is in sight!!!!

Biscuit would look very nice if done well! In terms of the carpet it was supplied by DSN Classics Ltd, as I work there

Shame DSN don't do a biscuit/beige colour carpet - the price is good for what looks like decent quality. Is the Traveller load area floor you sell a Hardura type?
