My father restored a Morris Minor Traveller in 1985 and it is in still excellent condition, and I do not think he spent anything like that sort of money.

better to repair rust damage as a crashed Morris, i know now
All the parts are available, and welding complete parts is not a big issue.
It looks like the previous restoration was done with only small parts of iron, not the best way when you forget the rust prevent.

I am speechless sad to think that it was only in 1996 that a life savings was spent on what was to be a member of the family for years ahead speechless

Regardless of WHEN the work was undertaken, the quality of this work is attrocious!

I would certainly contact the company responsible, requesting whether they find the standard
of renovation satisfactory.
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

For 9 bags of sand I'd expect the floorpans to look fresh off the production line!

Unless people complain, this level of kraftmahnshipp Modwill continue.

Mods will hunt me down and force me to listen to the entire back catalogue of The Darts if I add anything further.
