I've seen worse, at least someone thought it worth repairing and keeping on the road. It might have ended up in a field somewhere beyond saving, like so many others.................
What you're seeing there is the history of the van, where you take it next is up to you............ (and your bank manager!)
1954 Series 2: 4 door: "Sally" -- Back on the ground with (slave) wheels and waiting to be resprayed......
1970 Triumph Herald 1200: "Hetty" -- Driven back from Llangollen in Wales (twice.....)

The sad thing is that the cowboy who butchered those repairs probably thought he was doing a good job!

Wow, and it looked quite good even before the restoration began, it's amazing how much a bit of shiny paint can hide.

Ok you weren't expecting all this and all this plop welded repairs BUT if the previous owner hadn't done these patch up jobs you wouldn't have the pick up now!!
No matter how slight you can see a poss out of a neg. Oh and minor panels are cheap it's just a shame you aren't doing the work yourself to save an enormous wedge of money. At least though you will know it's sorted 100%.
Oh and i've seen far worse after the blasted blasters !!!!!!!!

Yeah but up close you can see all the bits that were wrong with it , and that needed to be replaced !
