Here's a few of the process
Spec:
Compleatly rebuilt with all new parts.
1275 A+ Ital block. Skimmed, bored out at diamond honed to 1293.
12G940 head, port polish, skimmed, lead free, 3 angle grind, new valves and piper double valve springs.
9.4/1 compression balanced pistons, balanced rods.
Crank ground, polished and balanced.
Piper 270 cam.
Rebuilt HIF44 carb, k&n pancake filter.
Duplex timing kit with a 3degree woodruf key giving me 107 ATDC
Ford type 9 box, lightened and balanced re-faced flywheel with Sierra 7.5 inch clutch and balanced clutch plate. Hydrolic clutch conversion kit with defender master cylinder. Viper point free electronic ignition system, race leads and hotter nkg plugs.
An yea.... I painted it white.... I'll regret that soon enough...
